Bringing Light to Healing Hearts.
Camp Willow’s Light is a youth-centered and family focused retreat for children and families who have lost a loved one within the past three years. Named in memory of our pediatric patient, Willow “brought light, laughter, and love to all who knew her. Her smile was contagious, her spirit unbreakable...her light shines on.”
Our approach allows opportunity for play, laughter, and memory making activities, which may include some tears. We include adult parent/caregivers in camp activities as research shows their involvement is important in the child’s grief process.

The carnation is a symbol of love, gratitude and remembrance. The Carnation Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that started in 2022 to help provide financial support and resources to hospice and palliative care patients, their families, and employees. We work closely with organizations such as Agape Care Group, Agape Care South Carolina, ACG Hospice, Georgia Hospice Care, Hands of Hope, and Hospice of the Carolina Foothills to improve the quality of life for those in need.
